This project consisted of building luxury apartments on the North Quay development. We undertook work on three different phases of the project:
- Basement – This consisted of a subterranean carpark with a RC transfer slab above, this supported several apartment blocks.
- Block A – This part of the project consisted if a ground baring RC structure over several floors.
- Block D – again this was a ground baring 6 floor structure with 5 floors of residential living plus the first floor which consisted of commercial units
All of these structures consisted of ground floor slabs, retaining walls, columns, lift shafts, stair cores and supported slabs.
