Renslade House is half refurbishment and half new build. The project will be for student accommodation and the other half will be a Premier Inn. We had to construct RC walls within the existing building which brought new challenges that we were keen to overcome. We have established a good working relationship with a new client, Connor Construction. We look forward to the next challenging project together.
