Main Contractor – JSP Construction
This new build project will provide 130 bedrooms for the new student intake in 2019. DWCSL, starting from the ground floor up had to tackle the 6m high soffit height on the GF along with a tricky climbing core. To ensure we met the clients tight programme we used BAMTEC reinforcement to cut programnme time. Following this project for our new client JSP, we have recently been awarded another RC Frame in Exeter due to our proformance on Quintana Gate
