Main Contractor – Acorn Blue
This project was a six storey concrete frame with 4 climbing cores and sloping roof soffit, built right on Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth. We worked on an extremely tight programme of 30 weeks to ensure our client met their targets. This building consists of Fifty-three, 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. With the use of own Edge Protection panels and matching cantilevering loadings bay we ensured the construction phase maintained a professional impression that DWCSL and our client pride ourselves on.
