Main Contractor – We are Ease
This is a perfect name for a perfectly located restaurant and shop. This project is literally on the beach! Alcatraz is a small 2 storey RC frame roughly 80m2 per floor. The outside of the RC walls have been made to leave a timber effect in the concrete. The only access to this site is via a 500m stretch of beach which also gets shut off by the rising tide.
